  • Service(s) refers to the Website and the online coaching sessions associated with it.
  • Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

  • Materials refers to diverse range of information, text, photographs, designs, graphics, images and other materials on the Website.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access for a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, which remains uncured for 15 days following notice from Us. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The laws of France, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.

Dispute Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
As a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
We inform you of the existence of the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which can be accessed here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution entity for consumer disputes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount you actually paid to the Company for the Services in the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise).
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable French law.

Description of Services

The Company offers the following coaching services, which are conducted exclusively online:

  1. “The Neon Tantra Program”: A 90-minute session focused on techniques and frameworks for male sexual well-being, including but not limited to ejaculation control and non-ejaculatory multiple orgasms (NEMO).
  2. “Dating and Intimacy Coaching”: A 60-minute session focused on building confidence and navigating dating and intimate relationships.

The specific content of any session will be confined to the topic of the service booked by the User.

How To Book a Session

Sessions are booked exclusively through the Calendly platform. Links to the booking platform are provided on the Company’s Website. By booking a session, You affirm that You are at least 18 years of age.

Payment Terms

Payment for a session grants You a limited license to a single online coaching session of the specific type and duration (90-minute or 60-minute) that You selected during the booking process. The Company expressly reserves the right to refuse service, including the booking of any subsequent sessions, to any User at its sole discretion.

Refund Policy

The first session can be refunded if the Client expresses dissatisfaction during the session and confirms this request in writing within 24 hours after the session ends by email to contact@neontantra.com. If the Client is refunded, they will not receive any written material that is normally given to a client.

Restrictions

The Materials We provide are only for Your personal, non-commercial use.

You are not being granted a license under any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right in the Materials or the products, services, processes or technology described therein. All such rights are retained by the Company, its subsidiaries, parent companies, and/or any third party owner of such rights.
